Creation of the product
- During the design of each product in Paris, France, we do not only try to create the most appropriate formula, but we also study the reaction between the formula and the packaging to ensure not to have any quality worry
- We also study the stability of the product to insure 5 years of total stability
Safety of the product
- To comply to French and European regulations, we provide a safety assessment, which is given after tolerance and innocuity tests
- All the tests are made in an independant laboratory and lead by a dermatologist and/or a doctor in pharmacy
Quality control at the factories
- Made in France, our products are manufactured in factories that are controlled by the AFFSAPS which is the French governmental agency that also controls pharmaceutical laboratories. They are also complied to the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
- All the raw materials and packagings which enter in the factories or in our warehouse are controlled
- After producing the bulk, its perfume, odor, viscosity and pH will be checked ; moisture and yeast are controlled in the independant quality laboratory
- Several witness samples will be kept at the factories: 1 sample of bulk after production, 3 samples of finished products, 1 at the beginning of the filling process, 1 in the middle and the last one at the end of the process
- It goes without saying that when the empty pots, bottles or tubes are filled with bulk, the volume of filling product will be often checked
- A "use by" date and a batch number are indicated on the products.
Quality control at our warehouse
- When we receive a product, we are keeping one sample for our record
- Regular check ups are made to ensure a total quality until the shipment
